We've been serving customers online for many years, starting on eBay in 2006 as a new retailer offering high quality, low priced chainsaw chains delivered straight to your door. We were also among the first to launch a dedicated website, offering a wider range of products and a more personalised service, becoming one of the UK's biggest online retailers of chainsaw related items.

In 2020, we sold that well known, long established business and took a short break travelling Europe on our motorbikes, a long-time dream now fullfilled! Then in late 2024, Burden Arb was born, building on nearly 20 years of e-commerce experience and over 10 years as an authorised Oregon main dealer. We were proud to launch our new website in May 2025 continuing with the same principles that have always guided us - quality products at competitive prices with fast dispatch and outstanding customer service.
