We've been serving customers online for many years, starting on eBay in 2006 as a new retailer offering high quality, low priced chainsaw chains delivered straight to your door. We were also among the first to launch a dedicated website, offering a wider range of products and a more personalised service.

In 2020, we sold that well known, long established business and took a short break travelling Europe on our motorbikes, a long-time dream now fullfilled! Now, in 2025, we're proud to launch Burden Arb - building on nearly 20 years of e-commerce experience and over 10 years as an authorised Oregon main dealer. We continue our mission to provide quality products, outstanding value and friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
