Returns Policy
Under the Consumner Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014, you have 14 days in which to advise us that you wish to return your order for exchange or refund, no questions asked. The item(s) must then be returned to us within 30 days of delivery with the postage cost being at your expense. We ask that the item(s) is returned to us in the same condition as when you received it - clean, unused and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
To start a return, please message us through our Contact page or email us at info@burdenarb.co.uk. When you return the item(s) back to us please include a copy of the sales receipt and a note on it telling us if you would like an exchange or refund. If you would like an exchange then please also tell us what you would like instead.
Incorrect items sent
We make every effort to ensure that we send exactly what you have ordered, but unfortunately we may occasionally make a mistake. Should this happen then we will of course pay for the return postage and we will send the correct item to you straight away.
Faulty items
On the very rare occasional that an item is faulty, it can be returned to us for inspection either by ourselves or by the manufacturer. Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues and we will arrange for it to be looked at under warranty.
Refunds
Once we have received the item(s) back and you have asked for a refund, this will be automatically done back onto your original payment method. We will process the refund straight away, but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
