All orders received before 2.30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day (this excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class which has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days.
Larger, heavier products and some orders with multiple items will be sent by DPD or Parcelforce courier on a 48 hour service, but please note that these are not guaranteed delivery times. Due to courier collection times, 36" bars may be dispatched the next working day after the order is placed but they will be upgraded to a next working day delivery service.

Please allow an extra 2 days of delivery time to more remote areas, to the Scottish Highlands and Islands and when the weather is particularly bad.

Sorry but we do not ship outside of the UK, nor to the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly or the Orkney Islands.
