Delivery Policy

All orders received before 2.30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day (this excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 which has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days.
Guide bars that are 24" and over, Bench Grinders, Pro Forestry Kits and larger orders with multiple items will be sent by DPD or Parcelforce courier on a 48 hour service. Due to courier collection times, they may be dispatched the next working day after the order is placed but they will then be upgraded to a next working day delivery service. Please also note that delivery times are not guaranteed delivery times.

Please allow an extra 2 days of delivery time to more remote areas, to the Scottish Highlands and Islands and when the weather is particularly bad.

Sorry but we do not ship outside of the UK, nor to the Isles of Scilly or the Orkney Islands, but we do ship to the Channel Islands.
