All orders received before 2.30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day (this excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class which has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days. Some multiple item orders and larger, heavier products will be sent by DPD or Parcelforce courier on a 48 hour service, but please note that these are not guaranteed services.

Please allow an extra 2 days of delivery time to more remote areas, to the Scottish Highlands and Islands and when the weather is particularly bad.

Sorry but we do not ship outside of the UK, nor to the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly or the Orkney Islands.
