This 42" 27R124 chain is perfect for use with Logosol & Alaskan sawmills, as well as others, offering top performance when planking large timber.

The Oregon 27R chain has been specially made with a 10° angle for cutting along the grain of the wood when planking. It is designed for making planks and dimensional boards from large pieces of timber and is recommended for use on chain type sawmills and not for handheld use. It also benefits from Oregon's LubriTec oiling system to keep it running smoothly and help ensure a longer lifespan.


This 27R124 chain is equivalent to the 27R124E, 27R124G & 27R124X as letters at the end of the code are no longer used.
