Qualicare's Large Trauma Dressing is a high performance wound dressing designed for managing for more serious injuries and major bleeding. Featuring a large, highly absorbent dressing pad attached to an elasticated bandage, it allows effective pressure to be applied directly to the wound to help control blood loss. Supplied vacuum packed for compact storage, it is a highly recommended addition to a chainsaw user's first kit in case of a more severe emergency situation.

• Highly Absorbent for Major Bleeds: Specifically developed for treating serious wounds with significant blood loss, the large 15cm x 18cm pad is capable of absorbing greater volumes than standard dressings.
• Direct Pressure: Elasticated bandage allows firm, consistent pressure to be applied to help stem bleeding.
• Secure Fastening: Simple Velcro type fastening system secures it quickly and easily in place.
